Do not get carried away by the good comments... those are all written by the staff and doctors of Gunasheela. I can't post a new review so editing the existing one. I got the news from a staff of Gunasheela, who has quit the job recently. She said they keep updating sites like mouthshut.com... so that they can get more patients!

I had been to Gunasheela to get the fertility test done. The doctor diagnosed me with endometriosis and put me on medication for 21 days, on high dose Oral contraceptive, which causes infertility on long term use. Also, they made me get blood test done for HIV, HBsAg.... but not LH and FSH levels. Later another senior doctor from Gunasheela said I have to go for Laparoscopy, even though the cyst size had decreased.
Also, the doctor said I have to go for In Vitro Fertilization. I decided to go for second opinion. People suggested me to go to Dr. Annamma, an excellent Gynecologist at St. John's Hospital. Dr. Annamma said scan cannot differentiate between an ovarian cyst and endometriosis. Also, I had only one cyst which was so small in size that I did not need to be on medication.
She said the first test to be done was LH and FSH levels. Everything is fine with me and I never had any endometriosis symptoms. Moreover, this has nothing to do with IVF. Please don't get fooled. Always take a second opinion.
