I have done lot of online shopping, from the time it is available in India. I must say this was my worst experience. I saw an offer with Groupon - the picture showed a kind of back pack, which was something I wanted to gift to my wife. I paid and was immediately acknowledged that I would receive the product in 10 days.


The same day I also ordered something with Snapdeal, which was delivered promptly in 4 days. After 10 days, I started emailing groupon and they kept on saying there was a technical issue, and when I lost my patience, they said ITS NOT THEIR MISTAKE , I MUST CALL SOME OTHER OFFICE - CROMA, to check the delivery.


This I would say is the worst of service. Anyways, after lots of emails and phone calls, I received the product after 3 WEEKS. And what, it was not the bag they advertised. It was like a typical laptop bag. So I started again calling and emailing back.


Croma said they would replace it, but they keep on sending me the image of the same bag, which they have wrongly send me, but not the original one which was advertised by Groupon. I think they are taking money promising an attractive back pack, and selling out a stupid laptop bag, which no one would buy normally.


I just want to warn everybody about Groupon. When I used to call them for the delivery, they were telling me that delivery is not part of their deal. I searched all over their ad and fine print, it mentioned for cancellations client must get in touch with Croma, but did not say anything about calling Croma for delivery delays.


THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING COMPANY...
