Please avoid this site like the plague their delivery schedule is totally wonky and customer care is pathetic.
A small item like a water bottle ordered in Sep12 has still not delivered and all the requests made by me have been futile as the management has on its own decided that the problem is " solved" ; even though the item is not delivered nor is the refund taking place.
The best way to sort out their high handed behaviour would be to totally avoid any shopping on the site.
