I ordered containers from groupon using my credits and money. But when I received them they were not as written on the webiste. I contacted customer care about that and they told me that they do not think any problem in that product but I told them that is it not good. They said me to return the product back to them by contacting bluedart.
I tried to contact bluedart on the number given by groupon but no one was picking the phone. I tried for few days but no one picked the phone so then I contacted groupon and asked them to arrange the couries service as I am not able to do that. They told me ok, it would be done we will send courier boy for pickup. I waited few days no one came to my house. I contacted them again they said they only accept returns in 7 days & 7 days have been passed they can not return my product
