Hi Greendust Fans/Mouthshut subscribers, It is good to proactively check the reviews on Mouthshut before one intends buying on any website.
Greendust claims to sell used / repaired products at costs lower than the fresh products. Now this is new model of selling in India.
I have seen many dissatisfied customers of Greendust on this forum but am sorry to say that as aware citizens they also need to do due diligence as it is their money which is at stake. Greendust gives the facility to check the products one wants to buy at their warehouses/godowns. I think it would be a good idea to go and check things before making the payment.
