I had recommended one of my friend sarfaraz khan to buy a dvd player (order no 2208905) from greendust which they delivered but this dvd player was not having usb drive. so I contacted them and I asked them to exchange it for a different model. at first they said it won't be exchanged but on my insistence they told to send email for the same to some sonuc@greendust.com and said they will contact me on next day 10am but they didn't called.
When I called them they repeated that it wont be exchanged to which I reminded them of their exchange policy and they said they will deduct 10% restocking charges and courier charges for reverse pickup to which a agreed. its been 5 days since but they are avoiding that pickup and are avoiding my calls their toll free number does not work and I have to contact them on chargeable number. I don't know what type of customtakeouter service they have or rather they don't have one.
I suggest all to avoid greendust.com it seems they are a fraud website doing fraud business. I will update you if they have responded to my issue positive or negative. till then avoid greendust.com.

Today they contacted my friend sarfaraz and insured they are arranging for exchange of my dvd player with usb support player and are sounding positive Rajeev_Vermacially Mr Sonu chandela. hope this time around they resolve this issue. will update once they resolve my issue completely. I had sent mail from rediff id and maybe they didn’t recd my mail. now they re responding positively.

This is Ravindersingh again. I had promised to comment once my issue was resolved. so here is my feedback.
greendust has resolved my issue and has replaced the dvd player with a new surplus stock phillips dvp 3608. I had to pay the difference amount online which was rs285/-. after seeing my post on MouthShut_Official their senior customtakeouter care executive Sonu Chandela had taken initiative to resolve my issue and was very helpful. given a chance I would prefer to shop with them.
