Green dust should be renamed as Dirty dust. This is the worst internet portal to shop. Their customer care is among the worst I have ever talked with.
I have called up at a number provided on the website(+91 11 49500100) and the lady was astonishingly rude. She was behaving so abnormally that I felt as if I am begging from gereen dust. She told me— “don’t waste my time and call 1800-103-3878, when I argued that 11 49500100 is mentioned on the website, she replied more rudely and said – “do whatever is been told to you and call other number, don’t waste my time, I am working in corporate office and you should not call at this no”.
This was not an end to the sad story. When I called at 1800-103-3878, the customer service lady was asking me if Credit Card Company have called me to confirm that the amount is paid to green dust and asked me to call only once I receive call from Credit Card Company. This was astonishing and I felt as if **their customer service staffs are not trained have no knowledge on online shopping. They are just fooling around.
At this point I was out of my temper, and closed the call.
Ten minutes later, I got a call from them and they were saying that they don’t have this item in stock and they will have to cancel my order, either I will have to wait for 2 weeks.
I have ordered on 08/30, Got a call a day later confirming that my order has been shipped by Aramex. 09/05 they are saying they don’t have stock.
They did not inform or intimate me on anything until 09/05 and they started this communication only after I chased them.
I am very sure this company will die any time soon. They don’t have business sense and are zero in customer service. They don’t honor Orders placed on website, giving stupid excuses of out of stock.
We should educate others to avoid these idiots.*
