Very Worst. Everytime you cheat with billing at your Green Trends Race course Coimbatore branch.
While attending services, you beg like as if you wanted us to take plenty of your other services and creating utter nonsense for your own billing.
My recent experience with you people on 10th Jan 2015 Bill No. 32992 originally quoted as Rs. 280 by your staff and you charged it as Rs. 650 in the bill make me to feel you are a cheating company registered as NM Enterprises, a franchisee of Green Trends. Customers Beware and very careful with their billing.
This is not the first time this has happened and their customer care doesn't look to solve queries except that they can receive and register complaints.
When trying to explain everything to Manager In-Charge who doesn't even bother about customer satisfaction. She agrees with the miscommunication which happened with their own staff but never looked like resolving and refunding the amount since the bill is generated.
Also, initially she tried deviating stating that it was charged for extra services. But, when clearly indicated it is just HairWash - Female and she doesn't had any much answer.
For Green Trends Customer Care, you cannot run a perfect chain of saloon just like this. You need to be beware of your franchisee like NM Enterprises.
