Recently on 11 Sept 2010 it was the auspicious day (Ganesh Chaturthi), Green park has started their pure veg restaurant near the Green Park hotel, and this was the first day of the hotel, we 2 people went over there, the ambiance was nice and finally I can say that only the ambiance was nice as compared to their service and food.
We order the soup and Masala papad, it took 20 minutes to come…. ( Acceptable )
We order main course and waited for 40 minutes…. finally I asked them to send the bill as you are not serving the main course, with in 3 minutes I got the meals on my table.
After finishing the main course, the captain asked if any thing else I needed, I said no, nothing, will be thankful if you send the finger bowl and the bill in next 2-3 minutes, he said yes sir…..
After waiting for 20 minutes when no body bring the finger bowl, I called the captain and said when can I get the finger call, or else make the parcel for that….. he got embarrassed and he himself brought that………. and I was waiting for the bill to come to the table… and after 10 minutes I walked to the counter and told them about all these, all he said Sorry and that’s it.
I mean, it was totally pathetic service and not so good food on the first day of the pure veg facility of green park, I will never suggest any one to go Green Park (Veg restaurant ).
