We (family of 3) took the 2+1 non ac sleeper from Bangalore to Thekkady.
The service was good. They started on time and reached at the scheduled time as well. There were a couple of stops during the trip which were well managed. The bus was clean and the driving reasonably steady. One big issue is the price. Its the highest when they open the bookings for a certain date and reduces to almost half by the travel date. If you can wait to book till a few days before the travel, you would be able to secure a much better price compared to booking a few weeks in advance. Overall, a satisfactory journey for which we paid quite a bit extra just because we booked early.
