I booked ticket through Redbus online window for travel to Kochi on Greenline Travels. The bus actually starts at 10.30pm and the pickup vehicle is 10kms away was organized at 7pm. The bus driver was clubbing passengers for Tirupati at 7:30 with that of Kochi @ 10:30.
Absolutely no sense of customer service. They made us wait for 3 hours at Anandrao circle and were ashamed to answer passengers. To add to this, the bus came 1 hour late...I would suggest all friends travelling to Kochi or Calicut not to opt for this third grade travels.
