As I lived in varanasi, so Allahabad is very close to my city.i used to travel in between Allahabad and Varanasi due to job issues.so 5 years back I reserved a room in this Grand continental hotel due to not availibility in any other hotel. From that I always book room in this hotel only due to various facilities they provide.
GRAND CONTINENTAL was 14-minute walk from Chandra Shekhar Azad Park and 1.9 km from Allahabad Junction train station, this casual hotel is 7 km from the 16th-century Allahabad Fort.
I say Grand continental is one of the best hotel of allahabad.Allahabad doesnt have good amount of hotels in terms of food and services, but this one is better than best. Grand continental provides every facilities a tourist requires in his room like coffee maker, hot water for bath, clean towel, nice clean bed sheet with comfortable pillows, best room service any time 24*7.i like these thing because it met with every requirement of visitor.i recommend every tourist to book room in this hotel to enjoy easy and comfortable stay without any problem.
They have full furnished rooms and lobby, centralised A.C without any power cut, everyday laundry, helpful staffs with good communication skills and nice management, various variety of food in there menu, Multicuisine Restaurant, Bar, Swimming Pool, Salon & Spa, Business Centre, Travel Desk, Express Laundry, High speed Wi-fi access, Video Conferencing, In room Dining, Meetings & Banquet, Free Parking.
They have online booking system also, easy to book with discount scheme available most of the time, Yes booking is mandatory in tourist season's like in the month of SANGAM FESTIVAL -Dec- Feb.
I recommend this hotel to everybody like family, friends, couple, elders who afford good stay.
