A good product but a costy one. when compared to others. Gowardhan Go Mozzarella. supply Cheese all over the world. But this company is not so famous. I think company needs to do some good marketing.
This cheese is made from pasteurized cow milk.And have a great ability to stretch. And it melts easily. a -perfect cheese I say. The diced cheese is available in pack of 2 kg.
Well the quality is good. but they should sell the cheese in some small packages. I will say give it a try. and you will like it. now iam just using Gowardhan.
