Good for dhaba or restaurants. But I won't use it in my home for cooking. At the most I can have it on top of chapati or rice or any thing else. I will use Chitale ghee or Sphurti ghee for cooking purpose if I have to buy from market. Govardhan ghee gives off a peculiar smell when it cools, which is completely absent from home ghee, chitale and sphurti ghee. Best for use in lamps though. The lamp is on for a long time.
