Located in behala, which is the south part of kolkata is a sweet shop which is well known and famous all across south kolkata and even parts of Central and north kolkata.It is a small yet a legendary sweet shop that has served with pride for over a decade.A wide variety and spread of different kind of sweets including traditional, classic and modern sweets.Being really honest my first visit to the place made me realize that one doesn't need to visit HALDIRAMS and GANGURAM to see a wide variety of sweets.
I was happy and confused to see a number of options of yummy and delicious sweets including 5 kinds of rasgullas, 10 types of gur sandesh, 10 kinds of white traditional sandesh, 3 kinds of mishti doi, and yes one should always try chocolate sandesh, caramel sandesh, mango rasgulla(seasonal), orange sandesh, raj bhog.
Apart from the sweets, the place also serves "Luchi Aloo dam" "Kachauri and sabji" and yes the spicy and delicious samosa.
