This Desi Ghee pack of 1ltr, is only good for using it to lite lamps during Diwali festive. I have purchased 1ltr, a pack of this brand, and have discovered this fact. Its selling price is little lower than original Desi Ghee.
The color and aroma is good, but only for few days. It can deceive anyone. It seems it is made of some hydrogenated vegetable oil. I would never advise anyone to consume it, in their food in any manner. Our food adulteration preventative dept. must take strong corporal action against the Manufacture, Dealer, and Seller of this product.
