Not 48 hrs and not even 24 hrs, It's been just 30 minutes of purchasing a Woo and Tinder App monthly subscription I raised a refund claim, since then I get usual standard formatted response with quite easy google support raising both the hands saying "don't come to us" we can't refund instead "go to developer and ask refund!
When case of faulty APP or Accidental purchase then my money should get refund immediately if complaint/claim is file with in 24 hours of transaction or else why should I use Google wallet/payment gateway when my money is not protected!
Google play store payment/wallet false promise of 48 hrs refund policy is total misleading cheating on user/ consumer, who otherwise thinks his/her money is protected for at least 24-48 hrs period in worst case scenarios., when developer APP is not as expected or promised!
but RICH DADDY Google has not hesitated to betray and break confidence trust of its user's/ consumer's in that area as well! As Google is squeezing hefty money from these APP developer., so together they are partner in crime! Its always the User/consumer who are victimized in the process. Google playing pretty hard greedy and nasty here making it just BAD to worse for its users!
All developers putting any bullshit Apps on Google play store and selling them through Google play store wallet /payment gateway! Together following this dirty practice of fooling user's/ consumer's with raising false expectations, promises and benefits! This nothing but to tempt more poor user's/ consumer's on Google payments to mint easy money out of them sitting out there!
Day by day RICH DADDY Google is just getting HOPELESS for poor consumer on Android who once help the brand grow to what it is today!
DOESN'T PROTECT SAFE GUARD USER MONEY AS ADVERTISED! BEFORE YOU ARE A VICTIM REMOVE ADDED ACCOUNTS DEBIT CREDIT CARDS AND SAY NO TO GOOGLE PLAY STORE WALLET/PAYMENTS
When there is no competition, monopoly begins.!
However there is always a downfall for all committing sin by fraud and cheating whether it be a individual or company as big as GOOGLE, how soon or late time will tell.!
