I bought this by trading in my Pixel 2 which I used for 2.0 years. I like the Google phones for their software features, latest Android updates and excellent cameras. I bought it for about Rs 27349 after trading in the Pixel 2 for around Rs 4750, The order was through Flipkart and delivery was on the 4th day. I have now used it for 11 months. It came with Android 11 and is now updated to Android 12.
The pros of the phone are:
Googles up-to-date software with lots of AI based useful features
Brilliant camera which takes better pictures than phones of similar price.
Small size which is convenient to use with one hand.
Excellent dual down firing speakers for good media sound.
Very light and convenient to carry even in a shirt pocket.
Battery lasts 24 hours with SOT of 5 hours.
Smooth screen animations without any stuttering or delay.
8, Jack for wired earphones.
The cons of the phone are:
For the price the construction is of plastic and does not feel as premium as cheaper phones.
Lower cost phones have 90 Hz screen refresh rates while this has only 60 Hz.
No wide angle selfie or main camera.
4, Charging rate is a little slower than other phones of the same cost.
No 5G.
Most other competing phones have better battery life.
I have had no problem with the phone and Googles Android 12 OS is very nice to look at and to use. Security updates come like clockwork on 5th of every month.
