A wonderful facility provides by google is Google Maps. Google Maps is great facility and very helpful for travelers.
if we are looking for a place in strange or new city than google maps make it simple. first of all open site of google map and enter location what you want and enter. you will find you location with distance from your source place. also you can know travel time to that place by taxi or bus.
I used this facility of google when I went abroad. there is also a problem in new city that if you ask for any address to any person than he can tell you right or wrong address. but google maps shows you exact location with exact path.
Google maps is so much helpful for me I enjoy this a lot.
