Its recently launched own software for video calling at everywhere like that Skype or IMO. you connect easily everywhere as same country or other country.This app for only video calling particular neither audio nor message sending.so its only particular this app for video calling.in About quality better than Skype but consumed also more data but compare to Skype is less but compare to IMO its take more data consumption.
lastly we can say that Google duo its average consumption and video quality foe mobile user best.so this goes to average category.
If you want to video calling with low data consumption so please use IMO.
But you want to high quality with also More data consumption so its good.
