This is very good device if you want to show the contents of your mobile in your TV. It can stream content directly from the internet without the need of mirroring your mobile screen.
Although you can mirror your mobile screen and play games, but you can expect some lag from the tv output. This lag is however not there in direct casting of content from google apps like youtube and google chrome.
