I had on 01.07.2013 ordered for a kadai on line. on 3rd I got a call enquiring whether I have received the item.  Of course, I was not provided with the shipping details of the item and in theri website the tracking number was not accessible. So I sent them a mail on the next day that the item has not been delivered to me and requested them for the tracking no. Again I got a call that the vendor has shipped the item and the same will be delivered to me on 07.07.2013. On 6th I got a call enquiring whether I have received the product. Since I did not receive the product upto 8.07.2013 I called them on 09.07.2013 and explained to them that I have not received the product even though I have got calls enquiring about the receipt of the product.  I was informed that the item is under quality tests and the same will be despatched the next day. After half an hour I again got a call informing me that the vendor has despatched and there is some problem in the tracking no. and courier details were filled against my order. The courier tracking showed it as being dispatched on 02.07.2013 but not updated after 02.07.13 and still today neither courier tracking details are updated nor the item has been delivered. Every time I get a standard reply 'I am sorry' ' we have entrusted with the concerned team' and the same will be attended to soon'.


On 4th July, despite of not receiving my earlier order, I placed another order for which I got a call on 7th July stating that the product available is not as per the one listed in the website, So I have the option of either accepting the item or  take refund of the amount I had paid. Due to my good sense, I sought refund of the amount and the same was credited to my bank account without  any hassles.


Despite of the my earlier experience again I placed an order for another item on 08.07 for which I got a call on 10.07 that the colour of the product I had ordered and the one available are not same & If I do not mind I can proceed with my order. I asked to proceed with dispatch and furnish me the courier details after the items are dispatched. The dispatch details were never furnished to me even after two days.


Fed up with their callous attitude I sent them mail after two days that my earlier order has not been delivered and the shipping details of my order have not been furnished to me. So If the product is not available with them they can cancel all my orders and arrange for the refund of my both orders. All my orders were prepaid orders.


No response from good life. When I called them they informed me since I had asked for the cancellation of the order of 8th July the


order has been cancelled and refund process has been initiated.


For my order of 1st July no refund no product.


Iam cursing my decision for ordering the item.The shopping site is cheating people. They have listed items which theyare not  in stock.


I will advise all my friends not to buy any product from them.


The shopping site has to be avoided.
