Not good experience with Goodlife/ Firstcry. Review on Goodlife

Hi All,

Today I want to share my experience of online shopping with Firstcry/ Goodlife. First I was attracted to this site because of some good offers on toys as I keep on searching for good deals in toys as I have two kids to content. On my registration I received coupons worth Rs. 1500/- and buoyed with it I ordered two window curtains and two cushion covers and availed one of their coupons worth Rs. 300.

Now for placing order, navigation is very very bad as it does not provide for even some of the basic features like saving shipping address for future and it does not provide a way to  go back to main pages to search again when in order placing module. The order tracking option is very bad as its independent of your order details and provide no help at all. Oh I got stuck up with their site itself and forgot to talk about products and other things.

So, after placing two orders with them I am realizing that their products are generally priced highly and delivery is also very poor. I am still to receive two more items from my orders and really thinking to not order again and even get my account deleted from this site as is of no use.

One more thing before ending, the coupons I was provided with are to be used within some particular categories but their is no way other than going all the way to place order and apply the coupon code to know that which are the items where I can avail these coupons. For example one coupon says that Rs. 200 off on purchase of min. Rs 1000/- under Toys category on select items but under toys I will not come to know which are the toys where this coupons will be applicable unless I apply the code individually for all items.
