After my experience, I got confirmed that they have managed fake reviews.
Very-very irresponsible services and customer support. Always they trying to make fool their customers. Gomechanic's service partners also trying to unnecessarily hike the bill too much.Their customer care executives used to misguide the customers and company don't take any responsibility for all these. Their customer care executive told me the final amount after all applicable discounts 2849/- but they charged it 5039/- .when I complaint for it, they simply ridiculously reply that their tele executive committed wrong due to human error and after some time they denied it too and told that that their executive was right she had told it as 4049/- .... it's very ridiculous.I had shared call recording for the same, even then they denied.
Worst customer care service too.
