Four guys Gopal (Ajay Devgan), Lucky (Tusshar Kapoor), Mahadev (Arshad Warsi) and Laxmi (Sharman Joshi) are bound together by their childish behaviour and petty business of conning people for fun and money. Gopal is the wisest of the four and the motto of his life is to eat, drink and make merry. Mahadev and Lucky are also of the opinion that only idiots work and wise men use them in many ways to make their life comfortable. Laxmi is sincere and God-fearing.
Due to their notorious acts, they are thrown out of the college and have nowhere to go. Soon, they discover a bungalow that is inhabited by an old blind couple (Paresh Rawal, Sushmita Mukherjee), whose son along with his family lives in America. The four friends force themselves in the bungalow and make Laxmi pretend that he's Sameer, the blind couple's grandson. They even fall in love with the same girl (Rimi Sen). Unfortunately, they discover a treasure chest. And what happens later is to be seen on the silver screen.
Performance:
Ajay Devgan did his role comfortably. His comedy sequences makes us realize his talent. Arshad Warsi's role is interesting. Sharman Joshi's performance is noteworthy. Tusshar Kapoor's job is fine. Paresh Rawal proves his talent once again. The music given by Vishal Dadlani, Shekhar Ravjiani is good. The movie is completely packed with humour. Dialogues are funny. Story and direction have got their own importance.
