Ask me I have been long enough with GTL to tell you. To be honest the old management was awesome after the change the company and its top management is going nuts. Decisions are made in seconds, if you can be tamed like a dog "BRAVO" its the right place for you. The best part you never know when you will be thrown out...... don't trust me do a little R & D before u join try and catch up with some front end employees .......
