today I want to share my experince of gold gym, thane.
After being a member of the gold gym thane the first line that comes in my mind is when I hear somebody taking it’s name is , It’s a trap.
So, my story begin when I wanted to loose some weight and my friends recommended gold’s gym to me , I visited there it looked like a very good gym to me as the receptionist was really sweet, infrastructure was really good and so was the steam room and bathrooms. I decided to join the gym. The frst question they will ask you is what is your motive behind joining the gym. Well my answer was that I am looking forward to loose weight . Now I feel I was a goat to them which they were looking forward to cut. They told me about the weight loss program that they had and also told me that i’ll get a personal trainer and will achieve my goal in a month and then they will start working on my body fitness and it sounded like a good plan to me , overall it was a six month plan and I was very much convinced so I took the membership. And it was a biggest mistake actually, they treat you like a peice of crap once you’re a member and have paid them. I didn’t get my personal trainer , actually I hardly got the trainer and I am not the person who can shout as much so if you can’t shout every 10 mins for something then don’t join this gym for sure, I faced a lot of issues and I don’t recommend this to anyone and yeah I didn’t lost any weight not even 2kgs.
