You all know cigarette contains finely cut TOBACCO which is injurious to health. Actually many years ago There was "beedi" which was made by rolling plant's leaves and TOBACCO was filled in it. Later on The leave was replaced by the paper which is known as CIGARETTE. Many youngsters today just smoke because they think it's cool to show others that they are grown up. The cigarette is SILENT KILLER .The effect is not visible readily but it can be seeen after many years. TAR gets deposited in somker's lung very slowly and block the lungs. It reduces the capacity of Lungs to take oxygen. Therefore if you get less oxygen you feel lethargic your stamina drops and many problem arise just because you are taking very less oxygen. You can stop smoking and start doing yoga so that your lungs get purified. I will say the packaging and availability is good but please dont smoke. I will recommend this to anyone.
