I was once a smoker, and I used to take Goldflake Lights.
Then it seems good, smooth, but later I realize it's a slow poison.
For last 5 months I am a NON SMOKER and I am against smoking.
You will not believe I have a drastic change in my life, now everyday I used to go for running and it's almost 10 Kms a day.
Now I use to go to Marathon, But just few months back just climbing stares for 3-4 floors it makes me totally exhausted.
Just say NO to Cigarette.
