HI Friends, I will share information about the Golden Valley Resort hotel. We visited this hotel before 1 month. It was bad experience. this hotel rooms are very poor in condition, geysers not working, facilities not maintained at all and pathetic. I don't understand from where to start, swimming pool is like private pool for children. this hotel has a only one pool in which children can to play. this hotel doesn't have any slides then why the hell they made nylon cloths. this hotel pool opens at 1 pm and no use for this because who will go to play in such summer days. staff of this hotel are very rude. this hotel rooms are not clean well and also poor quality mainly the bathrooms of the deluxe rooms stink and toilet very bad. this pillow covers are look like not clean. this hotel AC temperature doesn't go below 26 C at all. food was well below average and waiting for get back home to have decent meal. food presentation is very poor and not respect to the customers. the bedsheets and blanket in the deluxe room seem to be dirty and soiled. not available for many foods in the menu card. the most shocking thing was that the resort does not have any restaurant. the value of money is waste. this Ambience of this hotel is very polluted. hence if you want to spend time with your family and friends please avoid this place as you will find waste of your time and also money. it a strictly a place for budget conference etc. Thank you very much.
