The manager openly refused the meal bookings we had made for 24th on 100% advance payments, and insisted that we used the booking vouchers for some other day just because they had'too many guests because of Christmas'.
He then insisted that we paid Rs. 999+tax for having the dinner if we wished to(despite full advance payments). Obviously I did not want take the risk of taking the guests to the same restaurant which had already shown its class.
Not only did I lose the money paid on advance bookings, I had to send my guests back as well.
I think the restaurant is a huge scam. I am living in Jaipur since the last three years, and have left excellent recommendations for at least 20-25 restaurants-
This is only the second one after LMB for which I am leaving a negative feedback. Even LMB had 1-2 plus points, but this one is full negative.
