We had visited this place during our visit to Amritsar. This is a religious place of Sikhs and display there rich heritage.
This place is open 24 hours and the devotees start gathering from 3 AM in morning to worship. The main temple is built out of pure gold and when it shines it looks beautiful. We had the food in langar there which goes on for 24 hours. I must say the food was yummy we had loads of food. And just by sitting near the sarovar you will find peace. A peaceful environment and huge culture to display. A place which must be visited atleast once a year.
