Being a member of Golds Gym, Indiabulls I got the opportunity to work out here many times on my travellers pass during my visit to pune for work.
It is located at Waterfront Society, Kalyani Nagar. parking is not an issue here. although I must say it is better maintained and the variety of equipment at this particular branch of Gold's Gym makes it one of the best gyms I've seen so far.
The floor is huge and spread out well. they have a cardio section on one side of the floor and weights and treadmills in the other section. the ambience is good with motivational messages being displayed every corner. this place has a wide variety of machines specially for legs and chest workouts.
The glutes machine and also the vertical chest press machines are the best. the free weights are also good. they have Sauna facility and the changing rooms are big spacious and very well maintained. they also have locker facilities in and outside the change rooms. the trainers are very helpful and knowledgable and guide you with the new machines well. their annual fees are comparable with other branches in Mumbai but the facilities offered makes it worth. a definite recommendation for anyone staying around this place.
