I had visited gold gym before a couple of months but I don't have a membership there I just visted the gold gym with my gym trainer .
The gold's gym one of the best gym available in kerala its a multi gym with luxury and high tec equipments . The gym is under the control of expert trainers, so many film stars are taking work out from here
The gym composed so many cardio equipments along with weight training equipments, the gym is ideal for building muscle mass or for the fitness program, gym is air conditioned and very well furnished. Gold gym is excellent gym but not economical for common people, it is best suited for high class
