Gold gym is the best of the best fitness gym which is very awesome while watching because they have total machine which is proper in size shape and very comfortable to do the gym. The trainer of gold gym is professional mentor who teach properly and they have lots of knowledge about diet because I have since 2 year experience of this gym because before joining my age is 22 and my kg is 90 above and after 6 months I loss my weight 10 to 15 kg and after 2 years me in my body have cutting and good shape by all suggestion of this gold gym and I am fully satisfied with this advice which is very helpful to us.
