It has been 2 weeks since the consigner delivered the product to gojavas.whenever I call the customer care.all they know to say is "within 24 hours ur complaint will be rectified" and"the product has arrived in ur nearest city .we r facing some operational issues".the words have been the same for past 1 and a half weeks no matter whichever executive I speak to.
Even the international shipments from abroad which use normal post deliver within 12-14 days whereas it is already past 2 weeks for the product to reach cochin from bangalore.worst and frustating experience.now I am afraid that they have lost the package as I read in several reviewsthat gojavas does loose their products. Do not ever use this service.you will regret it.from what I have read from most of their reviews, they better change their tagline from delivering a million smiles to'delivering a million FROWNS'
#UPDATE#-its been 18 days.no clue about the package.i even tried their fb page and the response was same.on checking the tracking status, it seems they have sent the package from bangalore to chennai and from chennai back to bangalore again?WHERE DOES CHENNAI COME BETWEEN BENGALURU AND COCHIN?has left me scratching my head.
At last, I have contacted the seller.after contacting gojavas from his side he said it seems that they have misplaced the product and are not able to pinpoint the location!wtf?!so all this time those bunch of morons have been lying to me.unbelievable, unethical and totally unacceptable from a courier service.they have lost the package and lied about it wasting my energy and time.i am attaching the tracking status as seen on the gojavas website.those who want can check it out.
