GOJAVAS is the worst courier company ever that cheats,
I am avid Internet shopper.I bought so many items on very popular and Lowest price site PAYTM. almost all items are delivered to me by blue dart at my pin code 402201.Excellent serve by Blue Dart.But few items are dispatched to me by GOJAVAS.I mean to say just a drama of dispatch.When I ordered items I didn't knew which courier company is going to deliver my goods.
So I ordered one item on Paytm, Immediately after paying I received message that your order is accepted, then processing, next day I got message that your item is dispatched and track your order, I was happy and waited for my item but after 3 days I tracked my item I was surprised, my item was returned same day to seller, the reason on gojavas website was pin code not serviceable.
I thought its ok sometimes many courier services do not serve my pin code and I got refund but I continued to order other items on PAYTM, But again same thing happened twice, so I wrote to PAYTM that please do not send by GOJAVAS, PAYTM replied that sending goods is not in their hand as seller decides the courier company, So I wrote to seller and requested not to send any item by GOJAVAS

Courier company is selected by PAYTM. They have tie up with Java for your location. we can not change the courier company.
PAYTM Till now do not have tie up with Bluedart / Fedex / DTDC.
We are sorry for that.

he replied that the courier partner is decided by PAYTM, he also sent me copy of email requesting PAYTM to change the courier partner GOJAVAS to pin code 402201.

This is regarding the complain which we received from one of our customer. Currently all our orders are assigned on GoJava Swapnex Ecom and Delivery.
There are certain code for example 402201 which is not fulfilled by GoJAVA but orders are assigned to Go JAVA.
You are requested to please enable Fedex / Bluedart on our panel and please shift us to One ship if it is available to you.
Please do it on urgent basis as we can not afford complain from our valued customers.

I again requested to paytm but they only replied they cannot do anything but happy to help.and still the playing with the consumer is going on, all items are immediately returned with the seller.I dont know whether they have collected and duped the money from paytm/seller for just booking items.
I contacted the GOJAVAS, They apologized in their mail but still continued the play

My question is why they are booking the courier if they do not have the service?

Please do not use JAVAS for such a shameful act
