First time ever, felt very disappointed with the service from Goibibo.You people need to improve your service by calling customers for information if booked bus is cancelled.
I have booked ticket through Goibibo on 8th Oct on to 9th Oct at 20:30 hours. I was waiting for bus in the stop and tried reaching customer care for update. They said bus was cancelled. There was no intimation, no message nor a call. I was in middle of road and no one was helpless. you people at least need to keep alternate source of providing another booking for the amount paid. in times we may not have sufficient amount in our accounts to pay online. This will be my last trip through goibibo and I will never suggest someone to use your service. Ridiculous service.
Take action on your services and never trouble people at point of travelling. Improve your services.
