I booked a bus ticket from Delhi to Udaipur from GOIBIBO for Journey Date 31st May in AC BUS of Shree Rishabh Travels AC Bus Starting From Delhi .I choose to board from Gurgaon Iffco Chowk. On reaching the location I found that bus was NON AC and that too was not direct bus. Travel Agent said it was the mistake of GOIBIBO as they showed AC instead of NON ac on their website. I called GOIBIBO customer care they said if you want to travel in this NON AC bus then we will refund you the difference Amount. As I had no choice and had to travel to Udaipur due to some medical emergency so I agreed to travel in that pathetic condition NON AC bus given that GOIBIBO  will refund me the difference amount which comes out to be:


AC BUs charges I Paid for that day 31st May – 1050


Actual NON AC bus charges(In which I travelled) of that travel agenct on 31st May – 670.


Difference comes out to be more then Rs.350


After calling GOIBIBO customer care 1000 times since last 1 month and always getting the same response that we are working on your issue, today 29th June 2016 I again called to check the status of my complaint. The customer care guy responded that you will be refunded only RS 100 on the basis that Customer care checked with the travel agent and travel agent said that the difference is only Rs. 100 between AC and NON AC bus. But I have the screen shot of that NON AC fare of that travel agent which I am attaching with this complaint. It shows 670 clearly. How can you refund Rs. 100 when the difference amount is more then 350 clearly. What kind of service is this.


Why should I provide you all these fare details of past . This should be your responsibility to check the past date AC and NON AC fares on your database.I am attaching the screenshot of that days fare. It clearly shows non ac fare 670 and the cancellation policy 1 day prior to journey i.e 30th May. If after this proof also you people cannot refund my actual amount then its a shame on you.


What a pathetic customer care which cannot resolve a query in 1 month, and when resolved that too again is a complaint . I will post this on All social media with all the call recordings which I have with your customer care executives and the screenshots of Actual Fares and the one which you charged on me. Also I will now log a complaint in Consumer court and make sure


in future you people do not bother your customer like this . Last 1 month I have gone through such a mental torture from GOIBIBO customer care that I will definitely file a mental harassment case against you people.


What a ridiculous service by GOIBIBO and its customer care executives Shame on you people. Will stop using your app today itself.
