Three different communications, on mobile I cancelled international flight and refund amount which reflected was different, after some time got a call from customer care goibibo and refund amount was different, then finally refunded amount was Zero and was told that we have refunded Rs 9800 to your gocash account. So after cancelling "Refundable" international airtickets, which were worth 51, 500 Rs, I get 9888 in my gocash, where as it was mentioned that Goibibo only charges Rs 649 as cancellation and International flight will cost 3999 as cancellation(so for 2 sectors it wasnt more than Rs 10000, but after spending Rs 48000(using 3500 Gocash) I get only 9888 in my gocash.
