06 Dec 2022: The worst ever experience of online booking by Goibibo. After booking when I reached hotel “The Orbit inn Mumbai”, receptionist straight way denied the check in, said; hotel is sold out completely. When connected with customer care, even after long 02 hours of escalation process, Zaib Akhtar (Cust Care Executive) could not provide solution other than asking us to move from one hotel to other in anticipation of a vacant room. Suppose someone travelling with the family and face such problem. I had to manage my stay by paying almost the double price of current Tarifs and somehow managed to be not on the road at least by booking directly at near by hotel. I don’t think I shall ever be relying on any such online booking sites especially Goibibo…..
