GOIBIBO Fraud Company Please do not book anything. Review on Goibibo

Hi Guys,

Please be aware of GOIBIBO its completely fraud and you will have a real bad experience after booking instead I suggest to book through airlines even if its little higher do not take risk of booking through GOIBIBO. I had a very bad experience.

This is to inform that GOIBIBO staff who are in the support are pathetic and doesn't have the knowledge about the airlines rules and regulation because of them I lost huge money.I had booked the air tickets through them and suffered a lot.

I had a call with customer care of Goibibo to confirm the booking for which I had made.There was some name change in my booking(Inter change no spell mistake) for which I had raised a ticket. I called them to ask for the status. The representative in GOIBIBO play a cheap tactics saying your information is incorrect please cancel the ticket and re-book, After talking to them they say we are direct partners of all the airlines and know all the rules and regulations but the real fact is they are not! they do this for incentive and create trouble to customers. They have few cheap tactics which are sending automated mails to customer mail id saying your request is under process and also some generic mail to which ensuring we care but in real its not! to get clarity you call them and ask they will say please tell the problem again we will raise a ticket.

Also another thing is they keep changing the price of the ticket once its booked.

Any changes needed in the Ticket cannot be altered when booked through GOIBIBO even if you are travel date is month ahead. They solution is cancel this is the only thing that they know.

My sincere advice to the Staff for your incentive purpose please do not misguide the customer who were booked its not the small amount that they loose.

I have done a lot of follow up and there has been no solution to this only the automail is the answer.

My sincere request to all the people do not book through GOIBIBO its a Fraud. I am not a competitor I am a customer who faced this problem.
