Goibibo has brought out effective and amazing offers last month for us to plan our trip with goibibo. The offers that time helped us save big which we wouldn't have otherwise. The website is well designed, user friendly and easy. We have just completed our trips and will definitely use Goibibo in the future to avail amazing offers that they would cater to the public.
What we understand is goibibo is promoting hotel bookings at a huge and upscale level. We had booked this hotel, Gabriel Guest house for 3 nights stay(2 rooms). What we encountered was not a standard and hospitable manner from their team. They had non - understandable terms and conditions for the users which was actually meaningless and non - hospitable. We faced some issues - 1. Towels, linens and all had to be changed - As per hotel rules, they wanted rs 200 to change it everyday. This is absolutely ridiculous. We couldn't meet their deadline of 2 pm for service and we were again denied.
They had partners for bike hire - We needed to leave at 4 in the morning. Because of this reason, they demanded the bikes at 10 pm in the previous night itself. We had to argue and request them to make it 1130. But our plans to have fun till 4 in the night(Cause that's what happens in Goa) was a waste as we couldn't travel anywhere without transportation.

Over priced cab facility - To book a cab back to the airport, they offered 1500 bucks where as we were smart enough to book a cab at Rs 900 at 4 am in the morning.

Goibibo, if promoting such hotels, needs to inform their customers of such conditions, so that they could plan their trip and stay that possible way, rather than suffering in such a manner.
