Goibibo advertise that they are the best for lowest rates but if you do directly booking through the official airline websites u will come to know the rates are cheaper than what Goibibo offers .
I have experienced the same when I booked a flight from trv to blr through Goibibo . later when I checked the airline official website it was much cheaper them what goibibo offered me.
I communicated my concerns to customer care but they were just talking about the contract and policy not any solution, really surprising about their customer attention.
