I am really annoyed with the customer Care and misleading promises by Customer care and Goibibo Portal.
Today I booked my International Flight ticket, I was at great surprise when I got the flight ticket details, I had booked my flight ticket for 24th April 2019 but ticket is booked for 23rd April 2019, to address this issue I had make more then 10 international calls and spend hours on calls by speaking to multiple people but none helped me even with basic information on rescheduling my flight. I will never do any transaction with goibibo and will ensure same is followed by my family and friends.
