Worst experience of flight booking. No assistance provided after calling many times. They sell you tickets first and if any problem occurs then they just pull their legs off and tell you to talk to airlines.
I had booked a flight which has a connection in Mumbai. Now both the flights have been rescheduled which gives me only 40 minutes of connection time and in that there is a change of terminal too. So I called Goibibo and asked for any alternate option but they just said call the respective airlines. I then call the airline customer service but they say call your local agent.
Several times the customer care executive hang up the phone when seek information on why they are not able to make any change or reschedule the flight. Its been more than a week now that I am following up with goibibo executives but still they haven't provided any alternate option.
