For the second time I foolishly booked online Indian Airlines Ticket from Bangalore to Hyderabad.
First time in Sept 2020. I didn’t get e-ticket and could not check in online . Went to Airport and got entry with difficulty. The IA staff took half hour to verify and finally issue my boarding pass.
Forgetting previous horrible experience, I again booked from Goibibo IA ticket to Hyderabad. Now also same experience. I have not got e-ticket and not able to webcheck in. Will have to face the same ordeal on 17 Th Dec 2020.
Helpline of Goibibo is only computer operated and tells you to go to self help app. It’s impossible to speak to any one in Goibibo. There’s no way to complain by email. One email I’d I got from net, I got a reply to go to app again and the same ordeal repeated.
A company which doesn’t entertain its customers should be shunned by one and all.
I have deleted the app so that l do not repeat the mistake of booking through goibibo in future
