I would suggest never to book a ticket from this website as you will end up paying much more and getting harassed by these fraudsters/cheaters.
I had booked a ticket with PNR "T1S2LF" which was canceled by the airline itself.
They process refunds in such cases only if you inform them of such cancellations through phone or email.
I called multiple times on the numbers listed on goibibo.com regarding this but no one picks ups. I doubt if they have any one sitting behind those phone lines.
I also emailed this information to them have got no response in 6 months!
Finally I had to dispute the transaction with the Bank which itself is a long process.
