I hate this site and would definitely recommend them to my friends and.relative. please do not book from goibibo.com .they are worst in providing service.i booked hotel in Chandigarh(hotel silver bell).
They don't pay your cancellation amount, i have requested to please its by mistake to add 2 people in single room please changed it but they are turn down my call, there is huge penalties.its not genuine.
