I was on way from Sikkim and had to take flight from Bagdogra instead of train due to emergency. After checking fare through App, tried booking. Money was debite from card. However, ticket was not confirmed. After few mins. received call from goibibo representative asking to pay more money since fare was updated. I asked him to call after sometime.
I checked on indigo website and fare was as paid to goibibo. When goibibo representative called, I informed about these and asked him to refund money. However, he refused and informed that money would remain in wallet for future use. Since was in rush and was travelling with kids, had to continue with goibibo.
